Confidentiality Policy
All of our events (including Zoom meetings, in-person events, and electronic communications) are strictly confidential. By participating, you agree to maintain strict confidentiality, treat other participants with kindness and respect, and avoid commercial self-promotion. You may not record or transcribe any event, in part or in whole.
Zoom Meeting Types
We offer two types of Zoom support meetings for general AAGW members:
- Monthly Support Zoom Meetings: These meetings last two hours and have an agenda, which is e-mailed to members before each meeting. Each Monthly Support Zoom Meeting is structured around a specific discussion topic. This topic is then revisited at the next in-person monthly support meeting.
- Biweekly Zoom Chats: These shorter, less structured, informal meetings last one hour and have no agenda or discussion topics—instead, we informally check in on one another.
There are additional Zoom support meetings for AAGW’s affinity subgroups:
- Women with Autism group: These monthly support meetings are open to the Women with Autism group only. These meetings are staggered around and do not conflict with general AAGW support meetings.
