An organization of autistics, their family members, and professionals that offers many helpful services. Originally serving only New England, AANE is expanding its reach beyond that region. Headquartered in Watertown, MA (just outside Boston).
Autism Society of Maryland (AUSOM)
The Autism Society of Maryland offers activities for autistics and their parents. AUSOM expanded from the Howard County Autism Society.
Autism Society of America
National organization, with chapters throughout the United States.
Autism Society of Northern Virginia (ASNV)
Offers several programs for adult autistics in Northern Virginia.
Jewish Social Service Agency (JSSA)
The JSSA serves residents of Greater Washington regardless of their faith.
